Hyléance continues its transition towards a more sustainable industry
We are proud to announce a new strategic investment with the acquisition of the ISIT100 blow molding machine, equipped with multi-layer co-extrusion technology, for our Hyléance Blow Molding plant in Nivigne and Suran. This investment is accompanied by a major transformation of the site, including: 🏗️ The construction of a 3,340 m² storage building. 🏭 The expansion of the production area to accommodate this new machine. 🔧 The creation of a production hall entirely dedicated to bottle making. Thanks to this new technology, we will be able to incorporate up to 70% post-consumer recycled (PCR) material in certain applications, while guaranteeing the performance and quality of our products. A concrete step forward in reducing the use of virgin materials and strengthening our circular economy approach 🌍 🤝 This project is supported by ADEME through the ORMAT program, a key support system for accelerating our environmental and industrial transition. We are convinced that industrial innovation must now serve sustainable performance, for the benefit of our customers, our partners, and the environment 🌱

Hyléance is accelerating its energy transition
Hyléance is accelerating its energy transition with the deployment of 100% electric vehicles for its employees. This initiative is part of a comprehensive approach combining economic performance, environmental commitment, and the modernization of mobility. Faced with evolving energy and regulatory landscapes, we are choosing to take concrete action by integrating sustainable mobility into the heart of our strategic decisions. Beyond our CSR commitment, this transition also addresses pragmatic issues: cost optimization, evolving tax policies, controlling energy expenses, and improving employee comfort. With this electric fleet, we are affirming our commitment to actively contributing to the energy transition while strengthening our attractiveness and overall performance. 🚗⚡

Hyléance is committed to the MASE Rhône-Alpes approach
MASE (Manual for Improving Company Safety) is a recognized standard designed to sustainably improve companies’ performance in terms of Safety, Health, and Environment (HSE). Safety, prevention, and continuous improvement are not peripheral issues in industry: they are fundamental. It is with this in mind that Hyléance joins MASE Rhône-Alpes as a User Company. This membership marks a significant milestone for our group and a first in our sector: Hyléance becomes the first plastics processing company to commit to MASE certification within MASE Rhône-Alpes. “Industrial performance cannot be sustainable without strong requirements in terms of safety, prevention, and responsibility. With this MASE approach, we aim to further structure our practices, strengthen our HSE culture, and engage all our teams in a dynamic of continuous improvement. Growing a company also means raising its standards.” Eric Le Gall, Managing Director This initiative stems from a clear objective: – To strengthen our safety culture, – To structure our HSE practices, – To improve our industry standards, – To sustainably engage our teams in a continuous improvement process.

Reception of high school students from Bourg en Bresse
On Tuesday, April 21, 2026, we had the pleasure of welcoming a class of final-year STMG students (specializing in MSDGN) from the Edgar Quinet High School in Bourg-en-Bresse. 22 students were able to discover the inner workings of the plastics industry, a sector undergoing rapid transformation, where innovation, and in particular artificial intelligence, plays an increasingly central role. Beyond production, this visit highlighted the diversity of our professions: technical, industrial, and support roles, all of which are now impacted by AI, whether to optimize processes, improve quality, or support decision-making. Because preparing the talents of tomorrow is essential, opening our doors to high school students allows them to discover our professions, inspire vocations, showcase our expertise, and give them a concrete vision of the opportunities offered by industry. A big thank you to our teams for their dedication during this visit! 🙏
