A year ago, we set ourselves a challenge: to set up our very own Hyléance Academy.

Not simply to tick a ‘training’ box, but to build a genuine tool for passing on our expertise, developing skills and preparing for the industry of tomorrow.

A year on, the verdict is clear: this venture has been a success.

In twelve months, we have developed a comprehensive approach that is now part of our DNA:

✔️ In-house training programmes with ongoing assessment to ensure sustainable skills development.

✔️ Employees certified as trainers, because those who work in our trades on a daily basis are best placed to pass on their expertise.

✔️ A strong partnership with ADECCO Training to develop technical training programmes tailored to the requirements of our industrial roles.

✔️ A proactive apprenticeship policy, with the recruitment of new work-study students from the Academy’s very first year.

✔️ Agreements with educational institutions to bridge the gap between schools and business and introduce younger generations to our roles.

But beyond the figures, our greatest success lies elsewhere. It is measured in our desire to pass on knowledge, in the pride our employees take in sharing their experience, and in the trust we place in those who will shape the industry of tomorrow.

At HYLÉANCE, we firmly believe that a successful company is, above all, a company that learns.

Training, passing on knowledge, supporting and helping people to grow are not costs. They are the most profitable investments we can make.

Thank you to everyone who has contributed to this first year: our staff, our in-house trainers, our partners, ADECCO Training, the educational institutions that place their trust in us and, of course, our work-study students.

The Hyléance Academy is only a year old… And yet it is already preparing students for the skills needed over the next ten years.
