To mark World Youth Skills Day, celebrated on 15 July, we wanted to highlight a core belief at Hyléance: the industry of tomorrow is built by passing on the skills of today.
Welcoming young people, introducing them to our professions, sharing our expertise and supporting them on their journey is an approach that is fully in line with our CSR commitment. It is also a wonderful opportunity to learn from one another and to nurture the talent that will shape the industry of tomorrow.
During the 2025–2026 academic year, we were delighted to welcome:
📚 10 schools (primary, lower secondary and upper secondary),
👥 18 work experience students, from Year 9 through to higher education,
🎯 10 work-study students in a variety of roles: sales, design office, production methods, product design, manufacturing, metrology and human resources.
We are also proud to have strengthened our ties with the local community through Hyléance Académie, thanks to 3 new partnerships with:
🤝 Lycée Carriat in Bourg-en-Bresse
🤝 ESMP École Supérieure in Bourg-en-Bresse
🤝 The Lyon Institute of Industrial Resources
A huge thank you to all our staff who dedicate their time to sharing their knowledge and supporting these young people as they discover the world of industry 🙏
Because investing in young people’s skills helps to build a more innovative, responsible and sustainable industry.
