We are pleased to announce the official launch of our academy with the opening of the first training session dedicated to operators on permanent temporary contracts 🎓
This first cohort, running from April to July 2026, welcomes eight trainees recruited in partnership with Adecco.
These candidates, residing in the Bourg-en-Bresse area, will be trained for integration at our sites in the Ain department, with the goal of permanent employment within Hyléance.
This initiative is fully aligned with our commitment to structuring our recruitment processes, strengthening the skills of our teams, and securing our long-term production needs.
