Eco-design
The way we design our products has evolved considerably in recent years. Guided by a strong desire to integrate the environmental impact of each project into its complete life cycle, our teams innovate for more responsible production.
All our initiatives for the circular economy and to achieve net zero are supported by our 3R strategy.
Each new innovation, new project, integrates elements of our 3 R strategy (Reduction – Reuse – Recycling).


Our HYLEC tool
hylEC is a specific tool within the Hyléance group that allows for comparing the carbon footprint of manufacturing a product across several design alternatives.
These analyses are systematically offered during the tender submission phase

Product develomment
- Diagnosis: understanding of the project, progress, needs, objectives, problems, opportunities and obstacles.
- Market research: benchmarking of existing solutions, market analysis, beta testing (questionnaires, interviews, focus groups, etc.).
- Ideation: creative sprint to scan existing solutions, remix them and improve them.
- Framing: selection of the best ideas which will be integrated into a scenario and a viable “business model”.
- Prototyping: creation of a sufficiently realistic POC (Proof of Concept).
- Validation and user feedback: comparison of the solution to a representative sample of the target and evaluation of feedback.
The Hyléance teams are able to adapt to your project, regardless of its progress.
Tooling
Thanks to our company MTI (Maintenance Technique Industrielle) acquired in 2021, we can design and develop injection and blow molding tools for our customers.
